Refund Policy

To start a return, you can contact us at support@highspots.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

While we back our products sold 100% we do want to make you feel comfortable.  If you choose to get one of our items certified by a third party we offer a 30-day money back guarantee policy in the event that any of our autographed items do not pass certification.  You must return the original item with the denial letter from only a qualified third party such as: Beckett Authentication Services, Professional Sports Authenticator PSA/DNA, James Spence Authentication JSA.  If you need to return an item please notify us by email first at support@highspots.com


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
